while my in-laws were here

the water was about 77 degrees- way too cold for me!

1. after my step class, i went to pick up my in-laws from the airport.

2. 5 out of 6 times [mostly my m.i.l] they have come to visit, it either gets super cold or rains. (3 days of rain was in the forecast)

3. we grilled out the first night they were here since they got up at 4AM.

4. then friday we went to a houston astros game. they lost but we got a practice ball and a nerf ball.

5. kaylee even got a baseball cap from poop poop. [thats what she calls mike's dad]

6. saturday we hung around the house since it looked a little cloudy and later played south park uno.

7. on mother's day we headed to the beach and all of us got burnt even though it was a hazy day. went to eat an early dinner at bubba gumps. then played south park uno again.

8. monday we hung around the pool since it was a gorgeous day, then went to the mall and ate dinner at pf changs. kaylee got an early dismissal on monday and one of her teachers asked her if everythings okay at home since she had two early dismissals in a row.

9. ollie loves poop poop. not even 10 minutes after they got here, he took ollie for a walk. i think from 1:00 to 9:00 he got walked 4 times. thats how it went during the rest of the visit too.

10. and of course no visit is a proper visit unless we can make fun of poop poop.  poop poop said some funny stuff like he calls our grocery store herb when its actually called HEB and then he would say dead kennedy when its really called dead kenny- from south park while playing south park uno.
