the weekend

1. went out to dinner and then to the dave matthews concert friday night. 

2. kaylee called twice crying because she didn't want us to leave. the second call i had to tell her she's 8 years old and we will be home soon. go cry for another 5 minutes then take a deep breath and see if ham will take her to the park.

3. she walked ollie and then they drew "tattoos" on each other's arms. ham might have taken her for a bike ride- can't remember.

4. dave matthews was good, not my favorite but the people watching was certainly entertaining. we had 2 very confident girls next row over, air guitar/drummer boy on the left of us, whoo-hoo every 5 minutes girl behind me and beside her, was puke boy. at least he waited till the end of the show.

5. mike's going to have as much fun as i did at the depeche mode concert. [sarcasm]

6. the pavilion was pretty cool, super close by, easy to get too and tiny. i couldn't lose mike even if i had tried.

7. saturday and sunday were spent pool side. spent about $150 on pool toys, suntan lotion and new beach towels. [they were cheap but cute $5 towels at wal-mart]

8. sunday morning, i got mad at mike for questioning my plant moving idea.

9. to show him, i ended up doing it myself and i think the flower bed looks better. he did remove the banana tree and some boxwoods for me.

10. and poor ham, he doesn't want to continue college. finds its a waste of time when he could be making the big bucks by doing his foreign trading. he just needs some investment money- any takers?
