[recipe] smoothie

recipe adapted from nienie





throw in blender:

1 banana- break into pieces
1 cup- ish frozen fruit*
1 cup-ish  almond or soy milk [rice milk is too thin]

blend all together adding almond or soy milk to desired consistency.

*if buying already frozen fruit be sure to check the label, some companies add stuff to their frozen fruits
