getting our fitness on and i'm kinda sad...like a loser

1. last wednesday kaylee's school had a fun run aka donate money to the school and we will tire out your kids.



2. that's her cute little crush. she doesn't know i'm posting this pic so shhh!!!

3. she ran her goal of 36 laps = 2 miles. [that was the max]

4. i'm thinking about doing a 5 or 10 k.

5. i went to the gym/spa and got a much needed massage. was told my back is a complete mess. i've heard it many times before so i wasn't surprised. [and i can feel how messed up my back is]

6. then i went back to gym tonight to try out a step class. i have no coordination but this was easier to follow along. [doing zumba tomorrow- i'm not a quitter. yet.]

7. after my workout with andre on friday, i was SO tired! like my body was just exhausted. i was in bed by 10. and i made it to the gym saturday.

8. my body's not use to exercising 5/6 days a week for an hour a day. 

9. kinda sad i didn't make it for this valentine's swap party. i'm craving happy mail.

10. also kinda sad that i have no girlfriends. mike said he would consider me going on another birthday cruise if i had friends to go with.
